01Canvas & resolution
  • Trim size: 68 × 153 mm (bottle wrap)
  • Pixel dimensions: 1831 × 803 px @ 300 dpi
  • Color mode: CMYK for print, sRGB for web previews
  • Bleed: 2 mm on all sides (already included)
02Colour freedom
  • No palette restrictions. Use any colours you want — RGB, CMYK, Pantone, gradients.
  • Our sample templates ship with BigArena yellow + black, but that's just a starting point.
  • Bring your own brand colours, illustrations, photography — the bottle wrap is your canvas.
  • Typography: any typeface, weight or treatment is welcome.
DOWhat you can change
  • The central design area (illustration, gradients, decorative shapes)
  • The label background colour for client branding
  • Brand logo placement (left and right wrap zones)
  • Decorative iconography and emblems
  • Add a client SKU code, batch number, or QR code
DON'TWhat must stay locked
  • Ingredient names & doses — regulated, translated, must remain verbatim
  • Daily-dose instruction ("Take 2 capsules per day…")
  • Manufacturer & distributor block (legal requirement)
  • Storage warnings & allergen notes ("Keep out of reach of children…")
  • Font sizes of the regulatory text (≥ 1.2 mm)
  • Batch / best-before zones — printers stamp them
03Submission & QA
  • Export final files as PDF/X-1a with all fonts embedded
  • Include the editable .ai or .psd alongside
  • Send one file per language using our naming convention <slug>_<lang>_68x153.pdf
  • We run automated QC: text positions, dose values, NRV %, regulatory block presence
  • Turnaround: 2 business days from submission to print-ready
